Expression
In order to convey the characteristics of the clay, Atsushi Ogata uses unprocessed clay and continues to create pottery while facing the expression of white slip ware.
Mixing clay with a white slip coat, an abundance of individuality unique to the clay is extracted from the flames from which help to produce it.
These make for unique pieces, none of which show us the same kind of design.
土の持ち味を伝えるため、精製されていない原土を用いながら、粉引の表現に向き合い作陶を続けている。
